P.O.P. Principles of Pilates-Mat Pilates:

Discover the power of Mat Pilates!  This class focuses on building core strength, improving flexibility and enhancing body awareness using your body weight and props.  Learn to move with control, precision, and breath, leaving you feeling stronger, longer and more balanced.

BASE Camp Advanced:

Balance Advanced Strength Exercises (Camp) is a class that improves posture and upper body strength using dumbbells and lower body strength using dynamic movement, static holds and cardio

BASE CAMP YOGA- Balance, Asanas, Standing, Experience

Relax, Stretch & Balance, Improve Core Strength, Mind Body

Basics B.A.S.E Camp

This class improves posture and upper body strength using dumbbells and lower body strength using dynamic movement, static holds.

Power Step with Weights

A high energy, cardio workout that uses an adjustable platform ("The Step" ) to increase intensity.  It combines traditional aerobics with movements focusing heavily on upper/lower - body strength and cardiovascular endurance.

S.U.P. = Stand Up Pilates

Is a full body workout that incorporates Pilates principals functional strength exercises and dynamic movements.
